PLEASE READ THIS. IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR YOUR TRIP AND ANY RELATED SERVICES. PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
Please thoroughly review these terms and conditions of Easytogo, herein referred to as easytogo.co.in The addressee of this notice will be the only recipient of this booking receipt and terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the addressee to inform all other parties travelling of the contents of these terms and conditions. The booking passenger, by accepting this receipt and making payment to Easytogo, acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related services.
Reservations
All reservations must be confirmed in writing. To guarantee the reservation a 50% deposit is required within 5 days of confirmation (Subject to the duration of the travel date and Services). For bookings made within 1 Month of arrival, full payment by Client.
Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival. The amount payable will be in Euro unless otherwise stated.

What is an e-Voucher?
An e-Voucher is a paperless electronic document with a confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper voucher. Passengers are required to produce the print out of the confirmation voucher at the Hotel or for excursions counter to check-in or join the tour.
How will I get my e-voucher details?
Your e-voucher details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-vouchers between 10 to 30 days of making your booking with Easytogo, please call us.
Easytogo shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
Is it necessary to carry my printouts of the e-vouchers and train tickets with me?
Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-vouchers as sent by Easytogo. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-vouchers, Easytogo will not be held responsible if the hotel or other service providers disallows you from travelling.
Amendment and Cancellation policy
You can cancel your bookings by sending us an email. For cancellation, Easytogo will charge 20% of the booking amount per booking as standard cancellation charges, if the travel is after 45 days.
The following cancellation fee shall apply
30 – 15 days before the tour departure date – 60%
14 – 10 days before the tour departure date – 80%
9 – 0 days before the tour departure date – 100%

Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Easytogo services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
Refund Policy
The refund accruing to Easytogo Customer shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation of the reservation. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective service provider.
Easytogo acts only as a facilitator of services and shall not be held liable for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by the third party service providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the fares and charges paid to third party service providers.
Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
Promotion Codes
We generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon.
Easytogo reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.
In case of dispute with any party, easytogo.co.in's decision will be binding and final.
When you register with easytogo.co.in, we or any of our partners/affiliate/group companies may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/information of such products/services that we believe may benefit you.
